Sara Luz may, at any time and without prior notice, modify the present Terms and Conditions. Said modifications will be published in the web page so that the user may know them before proceeding to its use. The use of the page and/or the acquisition of any of the products of the same by the user, will mean the acceptance of said user of the Terms and Conditions.
The characteristics of the products and their prices appear on screen. The prices indicated on the screen are in Euros and are subject to the VAT stipulated in Spain, corresponding to 21%, already added to the final price of the articles.
If the user needs an invoice, he can request it to our e-mail email@example.com, and an invoice will be sent to him by e-mail. The order confirmation sent by e-mail has no value as an invoice, only as proof of purchase. The deadline to request an invoice for an order is seven calendar days after the delivery of the order.
Sara Luz will do its best to keep the website as up to date as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the items shown will continue to be available. Once Sara Luz has received your order request, it will be processed within the time frame determined based on its destination, subject to availability.
If the items you have ordered are out of stock, we will endeavor to contact you via the email address you provided when placing your order. If we are unable to contact you or do not receive a response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items in your order.
We will not supply a substitute product without your express authorization. Occasionally, orders will arrive in separate packages. This will not be an additional cost to you.
Please note that shipping time is subject to product availability and business days (Monday through Friday), so the estimated time for receipt does not include weekends. Any order placed after 2.00pm on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

Shipments to countries outside Spain may be subject to taxes, customs duties and tariffs applied by the destination country (“Import Tariffs”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all import duties. Under no circumstances will the brand be responsible for these costs.
If you do not receive your order within the agreed deadlines, please notify us by mail at email@example.com.
We want you to make conscious purchases that you are happy with. If you are not sure about the size or other characteristics before you buy, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do not give refunds. However, we do provide vouchers.
In the event of a return, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred on the package and the cost of returning the package to Sara Luz. This amount will be deducted from your voucher. Send your shipping and handling questions or comments to email@example.com.
Make sure the item being returned is unused, in perfect condition and with all packaging. Make sure you have proof of purchase.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we advise you to send it by registered mail or any postage that requires a signature upon delivery.

Please note that we do not store customer credit card details in our website database.
Any taxes or duties incurred for shipping to overseas addresses are the responsibility of the customer and these costs cannot be reclaimed from Sara Luz.
